We all love being an independent individual and a master of our own time. We often dream of having lesser responsibilities and enjoying life as we wish to. But things change when we become a professional, get married, or when we enter motherhood.

The beautiful phase of motherhood brings its own challenges and rewards. After 9 months of pregnancy and delivery, we are certainly exhausted. But the sight and smell of the little one keeps even the most exhausted of us going. This is also when we face a lot of questions, doubts, and some anxiety. We feel that we now have the responsibility of looking after a newborn, who is completely dependent on us. We hardly get time to eat, sleep and rest.

Our days and nights are governed by the baby’s sleep pattern. We lose count of the days and weeks.  Amidst all this, we think that breastfeeding will come naturally- but often, that is not the case. Sometimes the baby cries too much and we feel we don’t can’t provide enough milk. At other times the baby sleeps too much and we don’t know what to do!

Identifying Issues In Time

The problems that you face are natural. But letting the issue compound and becoming a bigger problem is not advisable. The essential nourishment has all the things that your baby needs for their growth and well-being. You must notice the issues when your baby decreases the feed, when you feel uncomfortable, or when your baby wants excessive breastfeeding too.
